Heather Zapkowski | Owner & Licensed Transaction Coordinator
As a dedicated real estate professional since 2016, Heather brings a wealth of experience and a client-focused approach to transaction coordination. After graduating with her BBA from the University of Cincinnati, her journey began in marketing, sales and office administration, where she honed her organizational and operational skills. In 2017, she earned her real estate license in Colorado and transitioned into a successful sales career, working directly with clients to navigate the dynamic Colorado market.
After several years in sales, Heather found her true calling in transaction coordination, leveraging her expertise to streamline complex real estate processes. She spent five years at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, where she developed a reputation for precision, reliability, and exceptional customer service. During this time, she worked across diverse Colorado markets, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Fort Collins, gaining deep insight into the unique needs of each region.
In pursuit of her entrepreneurial vision, she founded Venture Transaction Coordination, dedicated to delivering seamless, stress-free experiences for clients and agents alike. Her comprehensive background in real estate, sales and marketing combined with a passion for efficiency and detail, allows her to manage transactions with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring new destinations through travel, and staying active with hiking and yoga.
